Hi! I’m Andresa.

For the past 4 years, we’ve had the privilege of interviewing over 300 women and speaking to thousands of women investors. There is a common theme when we ask them, “What’s the reason you invest in real estate?”

What happens if I have to cancel?
Canceled registrations that are eligible to receive a credit memo must be canceled in writing no later than March 30th and sent to [email protected] Eligible registrations canceled by April 15th are able to receive a credit memo equal to 75% of the registration fee. Cancellations made by April 30th will receive a credit memo equal to 30% of the registration fee. We cannot refund cancelations after April 30th, 2023.
You may transfer your ticket to another attendee for no charge if you are unable to attend.
Can I bring my family?
Sure! Scottsdale is beautiful (especially in May) and families are invited to enjoy the sunshine and resort. However, when it comes to official InvestHER CON events, they are reserved for paid attendees (all must wear badges at all times).
When will registration close?
The last day to purchase your ticket is May 15, if the event isn’t already sold out. Rooms will sell out quickly, so secure your InvestHER CON 2023 ticket and room at the Omni ASAP.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you purchased a ticket from another attendee (not directly from The Real Estate InvestHERⓇ), please follow the steps below so we can have you in our system and be able to check you in at InvestHER CON.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Transfer ticket InvestHER CON" and cc the ticket seller and buyer.
Please give the full name and email (same used for purchase) of the seller. You will receive a confirmation email from the InvestHER team that the transfer was completed successfully.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes! We have secured the entire Omni Resort. Click here to make your reservation at the negotiated discounted rate before April 15, 2023 (or when the room block sells out).

How can I connect with attendees before the event?
You’ll receive communications from us with instructions to download the Whova app where you can start your networking early. You’ll also find the agenda, attendee list, speakers, sponsors and a map of The Omni.
What should I pack?
The event itself is business casual. Make sure you dress in what’s comfortable for you and bring a jacket as it may be chilly inside the resort.
