The Real Estate Investher, LLC (the "Company") is committed to monitoring the CDC guidelines and practicing sound preventive actions and safe meeting environments to support the health and safety of all participants. By participating in the conference, you agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and will immediately cease participation of such signs and symptoms are experienced. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19, where the risk of serious illness and death do exist. By participating, you knowingly assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 and the risk of injury, harm and loss associated, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Company.
As consideration for being permitted by the Company to participate in the conference, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE BEST EVER CONFERENCES AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH YOU, YOUR HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON YOUR BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION WITH THE CONFERENCE.
As of now (April 2022), all participants including but not limited to attendees, staffing and sponsors are required to show proof of vaccination OR are required to show a negative COVID test from within 48 hours to gain entry to the conference. Masks will now be optional for all attendees.
You must be tested with a viral test to look for current infection – these include an antigen test or a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT). Phrases indicating a test is an antigen test could include, but not are not limited to:
Rapid antigen test
Viral antigen test

We will continue monitoring CDC & local government guidelines and will update the website accordingly if anything changes.
If you arrive on Wed, June 22, we will accept negative tests dated June 20-22.
If you arrive on Thurs, June 23, we will accept negative tests dated June 21-23.
In the unfortunate event of illness, the Conference will provide any and all virtual recordings from the event, but no refunds will be given.
