InvestHER CON is dedicated to women Real Estate investors. Your spouse and kids are welcome to travel with you and take advantage of the hotel facilities while you are attending the event; however ONLY PAID REGISTRANTS are allowed to attend event sessions (indoors and outdoors). Badges will be required to be worn at all times during the event.

No. You are welcome to bring your children, child care support and enjoy the hotel facilities. In order for all attendees get the most out of the conference, sessions will be dedicated to paid registrants only.

Registration will remain open until May 15th or until tickets sell out; whichever happens first.

Due to the popularity of the event, and limited hotel rooms available, we recommend that customers register early as there is always the possibility that the event will sell out.

Unfortunately, in-person registration will not be available. You must purchase your ticket and complete your online registration by May 15th or until tickets sell out.

The registration fee allows access to all events and functions during the event and includes:

 All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. The Real Estate InvestHER has secured a block of rooms at the conference rate at The Westin Charlotte. Guests may make reservations for our reduced rate rooms by booking the room here. Please note, although we are reserving the entire resort, there are limited number of rooms available. We recommend making your reservation now so you don’t miss out!

After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

Registration payment will be accepted by credit or debit card.

Credit card processing problems are generally caused by a mismatch in the billing address of the credit card holder. Check that the address entered matches the billing address listed with your credit card provider or contact your credit card provider to authorize the charge.

Canceled registrations that are eligible to receive a credit memo must be cancelled in writing no later than March 30th date and sent to [email protected]. Eligible registrations cancelled by April 15th, are able to receive a credit memo equal to 75% of the registration fee. Cancelled by April 30th will receive a credit memo equal to 30% of the registration fee. We cannot refund cancellations after April 30th, 2023.

You may transfer your ticket to another attendee for no charge if you are unable to attend. 

If you purchased a ticket from another attendee (not directly from The Real Estate InvestHER), please follow the steps below so we can have you in our system and be able to check you in at InvestHER CON.

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Transfer ticket InvestHER CON".
2. Please cc both seller and buyer of the ticket. 3. It is important that we have the full name and email (same used for purchase). 4. You will receive a confirmation email from the InvestHER team that the transfer was completed successfully.

Please note that the special room block rate is based on availability until April 15th, 2023 or while inventory lasts. We recommend making your reservation now so you don’t miss out!

As the event approaches, all registrants will have access to the InvestHER CON app where you can see who else is attending, network, schedule meet-ups, see the agenda, speakers, sponsors and learn more about the area around Omni Resort. We encourage all attendees to download the Whova app. 

InvestHER CON offers many opportunities to network and socialize with fellow attendees. Relax with your colleagues and newfound friends at a variety of functions. Refer to the agenda for times and locations.

We suggest business casual attire as appropriate for the event. We recommend you dress as you feel comfortable. Even though it will be June, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket as air-conditioned conference rooms may get chilly. 

The badge received during registration at the hotel will be your "ticket" into ALL conference sessions. Badges must be worn at all times and are not transferable at any time.

Recordings of speaker presentations will be available post-conference*. All registered attendees will receive an email with instructions for accessing the recordings of the speaker presentations after the event.
