The InvestHER Group does not collect percentages or fees beyond what is collected from our brokerage, eXp Realty. 

Here is a quick breakdown of eXp Realty’s fee structure:: 

• 80/20 commission split. 
• $16,000 company cap then $250 per transaction. (once capped transaction fees total $5000 then the cap transaction fee is reduced to $75). 
• $149 start up fee (includes first month cloud brokerage fee). 
• $85 per month cloud brokerage fee. 
• $40 risk management fee with $500 annual cap (may vary by state) 
• $25 broker review per transaction.

eXp Realty is operating in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and 19 countries (and counting!). We welcome InvestHERs from all over the world to join us wherever they live. 

Founders Liz and Andresa run our mastermind once per month to drill down on our investing goals and help our agents achieve next steps. 

Joining us also provides an opportunity for discounts to our summits. 

eXp Realty allows agents to run their business at their own pace, allowing time for agents to focus on personal investments as they choose. (i.e. no quotas)

Great question! The InvestHER eXp Org is designed specifically to support real estate agents in growing profitable real estate businesses, while growing as investors in a community of like-minded agents. Our leader Jonna and her colleagues provide tactical training on real estate, and Liz and Andresa are here to support you in your investing journey by leading a private mastermind training mind once a month, delving into real estate investing. There are numerous opportunities for exposure, referrals and growth within the InvestHER community for our producing agents. Beyond that, we are dedicated to seeing growth for our agents!

Yes! A logo specific to InvestHER eXp will be provided after onboarding.

Every state has at least one local broker, and multiple support staff. There are regular state meetings and trainings, held in our metaverse platform, eXp world. You can contact your broker for help just like in any traditional brokerage. You will be able to participate in a state Workplace forum to network and learn with other agents in your area. Many cities even have in person gatherings and happy hours.

There are multiple personalized trainings available specific to our agents. Specific examples include a monthly zoom training held by top real estate agents and coaches. In addition, there are over 60 hours of live (and recorded) classes available each week at eXp Realty virtually.

At this time, we are scheduling Discovery calls with agents that have started their real estate careers and have completed at least 3 transactions. At a later time, there is a possibility of opening up certain cities to new agents, but only after we have determined that we have all the local agent support within the InvestHER eXp agent community needed.

Yes! We have coaches and additional training programs  that are available for coaching exclusively for our agents on a number of different levels. The right fit will depend on your real estate experience and goals, and we can help you connect with each to see if their coaching is the right fit for you!

As every agent knows, being a successful Realtor involves substantial time and financial commitment. The time commitment for InvestHER eXp specifically is attendance at one zoom Mastermind per month that is held exclusively for our InvestHER agents to support them in their agent and investing journey. It is also a great opportunity to build connections!

Yes! There are a number of flexible team options - Each qualifying agent can choose from being a self-organized team, standard, or mega team. Schedule a discover call with our leader Jonna to explore what structure is right for you!

Absolutely! If you sponsor agents to join you at the brokerage, they do not have to affiliate with the InvestHER eXp org. (But any female agent will have the option to if they choose.) And, you will have the opportunity to earn revenue as they succeed as an agent.

Yes! eXp allows 3 personal deals per year that are exempt from any split, and are subject only to the $250 fee. 

Stock: Each agent earns stock awards for production and agents also have the opportunity to buy publicly traded stock at a 10% discount at the closing of every transaction. (optional). 

Agents are also awarded stock for various production milestones. 

Health care: eXp Realty has partnered with Clearwater healthcare to create very affordable options for agents and their families. https://www.expagenthealthcare.com/

A unique characteristic of eXp Realty is that they are a completely virtual brokerage, eliminating the need for brick and mortar offices. If drop in office space is desired, eXp has an affiliation with Regus Virtual Offices, and space if available.

eXp does not actively participate in property management. If you are managing properties other than those that you have ownership in and live in a state that requires a real estate license for managing properties other than your own, we can discuss options that have worked for other agents.
