Andresa shares her criteria for selecting a networking event worth going to. It makes sense - we don’t buy every single property that comes our way, so we must also be careful of how we spend our time and not give in to every engagement opportunity out there.

• “The bottom line is networking is part of doing business. It’s part of real estate. So if I like it or do not like it, I've got to do it. The point is, how can I do it in a way that works for me that I honor myself, and I am also accomplishing what I'm there to do?” (2:15 - 2:36)

• “I just don't want to be the spectator [in networking events], I want to get something out of it. I want to make my time worth when I am there. ” (2:40 - 2:49)
