Andresa prioritizes organization not because she is a control freak, but because she despises wasting time. As we discussed in last week’s minisode, time management is crucial in real estate. Spending extra minutes searching for things could potentially cost you an entire deal. The more organized you are, the more successful your real estate business will be.
Andresa wants listeners to know that they can’t manage everything on their own 100% of the time, and it is completely okay to ask for help. In order to better manage all of the moving parts that come along with real estate, Andresa suggests hiring a professional to maintain a high degree of organization across the board. If your budget doesn’t allow for this, focus on one area of your space, whether it be your car, office, or closet, and attack that first. The quicker you can become efficient, the better.
