In today’s minisode, Liz shares a simple yet powerful process to pivot (powerfully) into a new investing niche which she coined the “What, Who, and How Method.”
Step 1 – WHAT
- What critical information/knowledge do you need to know about this niche?
- What are my short term and long-term goals with pivoting into this niche? Cash flow, appreciation, retirement, etc?
- What areas should I focus on to meet my goals?
Step 2 – WHO
- Success leaves clues
- Who can I connect with to help me?
- Who can I learn from?
STEP 3 – HOW
- How are you going to make that goal happen?
- This is all about creating a PLAN , STRATEGY, AND ACTION STEPS.
